Maintain Standards: Perform regular inspections of the physical appearance of the common area properties to ensure compliance with the bylaws of the association.


Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial statements for the board.


Accounting: Maintenance and reconciliation of bank account, ensure payment to vendors and all other accounts payable/receivable.


Tax Preparation: Coordination and preparation for filing of Federal and State tax returns.


Communication: Provide personal communication and service to homeowners and the board of directors on a consistent basis.
